The three attorneys of Aitkens & Aitkens, P.C., have 60 years of combined experience in focused areas of law. They serve a range of individuals and businesses in Metro Atlanta, northern Georgia and statewide, as well as many out-of-state clients with probate and estate matters in Georgia.
Robert G. Aitkens has practiced in Georgia since 1979. He earned his law degree from Mercer University in Macon and holds a graduate degree in tax and accounting. Mr. Aitkens graduated in 1975 from the University of Georgia, magna cum laude, with a degree in finance, with an emphasis in portfolio development and security analysis. His primary areas of practice are estate and trust litigation, estate and trust administration, business law and homeowner association law.
Teresa Thomas Aitkens (Terri) was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1986 after earning her law degree from the University of Georgia. She brings extensive experience in wrongful death, premises liability and personal injury litigation, as well as business litigation.
T. Michele Reddick (Michele) earned her law degree in 1999 from Georgia State University. Ms. Reddick graduated in 1996 from the University of Georgia with a degree in accounting. She practices in wills and trusts, probate and business law.
