The two partners of Aitkens & Aitkens, P.C., have over 60 years of combined experience in focused areas of law. They serve individuals, trustees, executors, personal representatives and businesses in Metro Atlanta, northern Georgia and statewide, as well as many out-of-state clients with probate, trust and estate matters in Georgia.
Robert G. Aitkens (Robert) has practiced in Georgia since 1979. He earned his law degree from Mercer University in Macon and holds a graduate degree in tax and accounting. Mr. Aitkens graduated in 1975 from the University of Georgia, magna cum laude, with a degree in finance, with an emphasis in portfolio development and security analysis. His primary areas of practice are estate and trust litigation, estate and trust administration, business law and wrongful death lawsuits.
Teresa Thomas Aitkens (Terri) was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1986 after earning her law degree from the University of Georgia. She brings extensive experience in wrongful death, personal injury and premises liability litigation, as well as trust and estate litigation.
Zachary Price Grant (Zach) earned his law degree from University of Georgia School of Law in 2016 and was then admitted to practice law in Georgia. His education emphasized trust and estate law, taxation, business entity development and selection in estate planning and trust and estate administration.
